Kristy Macfarlane

Account Director

Kristy joined Michels Warren in 2005 and was recently named a director of the agency, leading the team alongside Phil.

She has worked with clients in a diverse range of sectors, including retail, government, not-for-profit and health. She has significant experience in issues management as well as in the development of communications strategies and integrated campaigns.

Kristy holds a Bachelor of Media from the University of Adelaide and a Postgraduate Diploma in Communications (Public Relations) from the University of South Australia. She sits on the Management Committee for JusticeNet SA – a not‑for‑profit legal service for South Australians who cannot afford a lawyer. 

She would like to have hobbies but has two school-aged, sport happy boys. So she runs when she can and, as her family will tell you, is always much nicer for it.
